What You'll Need
For the Tofu Ricotta
- ½-¾ package extra firm tofu
- 1 package Culcherd Original Cheese
- Salt, to taste
For the Toast
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- 2 slices sourdough bread
How To
For the Tofu Ricotta
- In a medium sized bowl, crumble tofu and mix together with Culcherd cheese
- Season with salt
For the Toast
- Lightly toast sourdough bread
- Top toasted sourdough with tofu ricotta mixture
- Garnish with fresh thyme leaves, and drizzle with olive oil
