What You'll Need

For the Tofu Ricotta

  • ½-¾ package extra firm tofu
  • 1 package Culcherd Original Cheese
  • Salt, to taste

For the Toast

  • 1 sprig fresh thyme
  • Olive oil, for drizzling 
  • 2 slices sourdough bread

How To

For the Tofu Ricotta

  • In a medium sized bowl, crumble tofu and mix together with Culcherd cheese
  • Season with salt

For the Toast

  • Lightly toast sourdough bread
  • Top toasted sourdough with tofu ricotta mixture 
  • Garnish with fresh thyme leaves, and drizzle with olive oil
