

What You'll Need
For the Cheese
- 3 packages Culcherd Original Cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
For the Candied Walnuts
- 1 ½ cups walnuts, chopped
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp Culcherd Orginal Butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
How To
For the Cheese
In a mixing bowl, combine all of the cheese ingredients and mix well. Set in the freezer to chill. 5-10 minutes.
For the Candied Walnuts
- While the cheese is firming, melt butter with coconut sugar and maple over medium heat.
- Add walnuts and stir until toasted and caramelized. Keep a close eye on them, and stir often. You don’t want them to burn.
- Transfer to a bowl to cool.
- Once cool, give the caramelized walnuts a finer chop.
For Assembly
- Form cheese into two balls and roll into caramelized walnuts.
- Serve with your favourite crackers!
