What You'll Need

For the Raspberry Cream Cheese Dip

  • 1 package Culcherd Original Cheese
  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

For the French Toast

  • 1 loaf GF bread, sliced (can also sub your fave gluten-based bread)
  • 2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp ground chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 sticks Culcherd Original Butter

How To

For the Raspberry Cream Cheese Dip

  • Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a small bowl and set aside.

For the French Toast

  • Slice bread into sticks, cutting lengthwise into 3 pieces. Apx. 1-1½ inches wide per stick.
  • In a shallow dish, combine almond milk, chia seeds, maple and cinnamon. 
  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Dip the sticks in milk mixture, coating both sides. You don’t want to leave the GF bread sitting in the milk mixture for too long – it’s super delicate. Just quickly dunk them. Gluten-based bread can sit for longer.
  • Cook for about 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  • Repeat with remaining sticks of bread.
  • Serve with Raspberry Cream Cheese Dip, maple syrup and additional Culcherd butter if desired.
